New Account Password

When a new Feed Donkey account is created by default the only way that you can access the admin panel is by clicking through from the Apps panel

There is an option to access you profile directly from https://app.feed-donkey.io but you do need to edit the Sign-in and Security part of your profile in order to do so.

Simply navigate to Profile > Sign-in and Security and select the Edit option.

By default the current password is blank – so just populate the new & confirm password form fields, ensuring that these match and your password meets the minimum strength requirements (minimum 12 characters and must contain at least one capital letter, one digit and one special character from !, $, # or %)

Please note, should you ever forget your password – there is a password recovery link on the app login screen where you can trigger a reset.
