Problems with receiving our emails 📨

It is a common problem that can occur where emails sent from us are blocked by spam filters in error.

This might apply to emails from us such as ‘Auto Donkey Alerts’ to inform you of changes in feed availability status, messages to notify you about your subscription/ plan level or password recovery/ reset messages.

If you experience this please ensure that you have our domain added to the safe senders list for your email client. Below are instructions on how to do so for a few common email clients that you may be using.

The safest way to do this is to add the whole domain to your safe senders (or email whitelist may be another way of describing it) – if you can do this add
